Add the softened butter, honey, and lemon juice to the jar of a small food processor.
Blend at medium speed until the butter is light and fluffy. Scrape the sides of the jar a few times while blending.
Add the strawberries to the jar and blend again until combined. Scrape the sides of the jar a few times.
Transfer the butter to a glass container, secure the lightly, and store it in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Bring the strawberry butter to room temperature before using it to make sure it spreads evenly.
