Kiwi Soda
is a refreshing summer drink that comes together in just 15 minutes. Make it using simple ingredients and beat the heat this summer.

Ingredients

kiwi fruits

tablespoons
granulated white sugar

teaspoon
freshly squeezed lime juice
ice cubes
as required
chilled club soda
as required

lime slices

mint leaves
Instructions
Peel kiwi fruits using a sharp knife and cut the flesh into small cubes.
Add the kiwi cubes, sugar, and lime juice to the small jar of a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the kiwi puree equally into

tall glasses.
Top with chilled club soda and stir using a stirrer or a long spoon until combined.
Add a few ice cubes to the glasses and garnish with lime slices and mint leaves. Serve immediately.

Notes
You can replace mint with basil leaves.
Adjust the quantity of sugar as per your taste and preference. You can also use honey instead of sugar as a healthy alternative.
