Homemade Mango Nectar
using my easy recipe. It is a cool and refreshing drink to sip all summer.

Ingredients

diced ripe mangoes
fresh or frozen

granulated white sugar

water

tablespoons
freshly squeezed lime juice
Instructions
Add mangoes and sugar to a large blender jar and blend until smooth.
Note
- If using frozen mangoes, thaw them before blending.
Add water and lime juice to the blender and blend until everything is well combined.
Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any pulp or fibers.
Add more water if the nectar looks thick. Check for sugar and lime juice, and add more if needed.
Chill the nectar in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours before serving.
Serve over a few ice cubes.

Notes
