Ingredients

  • 300 g Penne Pasta
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Purple Cabbage Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Green Olives Halved
  • 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomato Halved
  • 1/4 Cup Ricotta Cheese Crumbled
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper Freshly cracked

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a large pot and bring it to a boil.

  2. Add 2 tbsp salt in the water.

  3. Add Pasta and cook until Al Dente.

  4. Drain and transfer the pasta to a bowl.

  5. Add the remaining ingredients and toss well

  6. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

Do Not over cook the pasta.

Use the best quality ingredients as they bring out the best of the dish.
