One of my favourite ways to use ripe pineapples is to make Homemade Fresh Pineapple Juice during summer. Do read its recipe.



  • 300 g Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt Optional
  • Ice Cubes


  1. Peel the pineapple and chop it into small pieces.

  2. Add the pineapple pieces in a blender along with water and sugar.

  3. Blend to make a smooth juice.

  4. Strain the juice using a soup strainer.

  5. Add more water if the juice is too thick.

  6. Pour the juice in serving glasses.

  7. Add some ice cubes in the juice.

  8. Sprinkle black salt on top.

  9. Garnish with mint leaves and pineapple wedge.

  10. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

Use ripe juicy sweet pineapple to juice.

Consume the juice within 24 hours of making or freeze immediately.
