Aloo ka halwa is a delicious Indian sweet which is made using potato as the base ingredients especially for vrat.

Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add mashed potatoes and cook on medium heat until potatoes are slightly browned.
It will take approximately 10-12 minutes.
Add milk, sugar and cardamom powder and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add almonds, pistachio and cashew nuts and mix well.
Serve hot.
Notes
Mash the potatoes nicely. Any lumps in halwa will not taste good.
