  • 1 cup Sesame Seeds Hulled
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Extra Virgin

Instructions

  1. Add sesame seed in a frying pan and roast on low medium heat until slightly browned.

  2. Remove the pan from heat and let the sesame sides cool.

  3. Add them in a blender and blend until they are smooth.

  4. Add olive oil and blend to make a smooth tahini.

  5. Store the tahini in a glass jar for up to a month in refrigerator.
