Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Cloves
  • 1/4 cup Green Cardamom
  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/4 cup Black Peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp Rose Petals Dried
  • 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds / saunf
  • 2 tbsp Dry Ginger Powder
  • 1 Nutmeg Crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend to make a coarse powder.

  2. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.

  3. Use ½ tsp of this powder for 2 cups of Indian masala chai.

Recipe Notes

You can skip adding rose petals if they are not available easily.

Make chai masala in small batches.
