Crafted by cooking the mix of sabudana, potatoes, spices, Sabudana Vada Pancakes are crunchy as well as easy to make. Here is the recipe to make them.
Wash the sabudana once and then soak it in just enough water to cover it for 5-6 hours.
Add the soaked sabudana in a bowl along with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Add little water if required to make a soft mixture.
Heat a pan.
Brush the pan with ghee.
Spread 2 tbsp of the mixture on the plate evenly.
Pour some more ghee on top and sides while cooking to make a crunchier pancake.
Flip and cook from other side also.
Sprinkle crushed roasted peanuts on top.
Serve hot with Vrat wali Dhanya Ki Chutney.
