Ingredients

  • 300 g Potato Peeled and Cubed
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash the potato.

  2. Peel them and cut into small cubes.

  3. Heat ghee in a pan.

  4. Once the ghee is hot, add potatoes and fry until they are slightly browned.

  5. Keep stirring in between.

  6. Mix cumin powder, amchoor powder, chilli powder and salt in a bowl.

  7. Add this spice mixture over the fried potatoes and mix gently.

  8. Squeeze lemon juice on top and sprinkle fresh coriander.

  9. Serve hot.
