Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Ginger Grated
  • 1-2 Green Chilli Slit into half
  • 3-4 Potato Medium sized, Boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 cup Palak / Spinach Chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.

  2. Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.

  3. Add ginger and green chilli and fry for a few seconds.

  4. Mash the potatoes roughly with your hands and add them in the pan

  5. Add chopped palak.

  6. Add salt and 2 cups of water and cook the curry for 10-12 minutes.

  7. Slightly mash the curry while cooking.

  8. Serve hot with Kuttu Ki Poori.
