Ingredients

  • 1 cup Paneer Grated
  • 1/2 cup Potato Grated
  • 1/4 cup Rajgiri Ka Atta / Amaranth Flour
  • 1 cup Makhana / Foxnut
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped
  • 2 tsp Green Chilli Chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.

  2. Once the ghee is hot, add makhana and fry until they are crisp.

  3. Crush the makhana using a rolling pin to a coarse texture.

  4. Mix paneer, boiled potato, rajgiri ka atta, crushed roasted makhana, coriander, chilli and salt in a bowl.

  5. Make small balls from the mixture.

  6. Heat ghee or oil for frying in a pan.

  7. Deep fry the balls until they are golden brown.

  8. Serve hot.
