Makhana Paneer Ball Recipe are beautiful, tempting Falhari snacks which are made by using roasted makhana, paneer, potato and spices.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Once the ghee is hot, add makhana and fry until they are crisp.
Crush the makhana using a rolling pin to a coarse texture.
Mix paneer, boiled potato, rajgiri ka atta, crushed roasted makhana, coriander, chilli and salt in a bowl.
Make small balls from the mixture.
Heat ghee or oil for frying in a pan.
Deep fry the balls until they are golden brown.
