Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 litre Milk
  • 100 g Almonds
  • 100 g Cashew Nuts
  • 50 g Pistachio
  • 50 g Dry Coconut Chopped
  • 50 g Makhana
  • 25 g Dates Seedless
  • 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tsp Melon Seeds
  • 20 g Dry Figs
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Clove Powder
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Instructions

  1. Add almonds, cashew nuts, pistachio, dry coconut, makhane, dates, poppy seeds, melon seeds and dry figs in the jar of a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.

  2. Add little water if required.

  3. Heat ghee in a pan.

  4. Add milk and bring it to a boil.

  5. Add the dry fruit paste and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.

  6. Add cardamom powder, clove powder and sugar and cook for another minute.

  7. Serve hot or chilled.
