Ingredients

  • 1 cup Penne Pasta
  • 3 strips Bacon
  • 2 cups lettuce Torn into small pieces
  • 10-12 Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Freshly Cracked

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a large pot.

  2. Once the water comes to a boil, add 2 tsp salt and pasta and cook until pasta is Al Dante.

  3. Drain the pasta and keep aside.

  4. Cook bacon in a pan until crisp.

  5. Remove on a plate and crumble it.

  6. Add cooked pasta, bacon, lettuce, cherry tomato, ranch dressing, salt and black pepper in a bowl and toss well.

  7. Serve immediately.
