Ingredients

  • 500 g Beetroot Grated
  • 1 litre Full Fat Milk
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Khoya Grated
  • 2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 10-12 Cashew Nuts Crushed
  • 10-12 Almonds Crushed

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a pan.

  2. Once the milk comes to a boil, add the grated beetroot and cook until all the milk is absorbed.

  3. Add ghee in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add sugar and khoya and cook for another 10-12 minutes on medium heat.

  5. Keep stirring in between.

  6. Add cardamom powder, cashew nuts and almonds and mix well.

  7. Garnish with almond and pistachio slivers and silver foil.
