Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Bajra Flour
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery Grated
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain / Carom Seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.

  2. Add bajra flour and fry for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add water, dry ginger powder, jaggery and ajwain and let the raab cook for 8-10 minutes, until jaggery melts and the raab is thickened.

  4. Serve hot.

Recipe Notes

Keep stirring the raab continuously while cooking.
