Ingredients

  • 2 and 1/2 cups Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 cup Ragi Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Rice Slightly Mashed

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a pan.

  2. Add salt and ghee and bring the water to a boil.

  3. Add the rice and ragi flour and cover the pan with a lid.

  4. Do not stir at this point.

  5. Cook for 5-6 minutes.

  6. Remove the pan from heat and mix well to make a smooth mixture.

  7. Keep the pan back on heat and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  8. Take out the mixture in a bowl and let it cool slightly.

  9. Slightly wet your palms and make tennis balls size balls from the mixture.

  10. Serve hot with any spicy curry or dal.
