Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil packed
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onion Greens Chopped
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients except lemon juice in a blender and blend to make a smooth puree.

  2. Add lemon juice and mix well.

  3. Store in a glass jar in refrigerator for 4-5 days.
