Bread Pizza makes for a delicious breakfast or snacking option and can be made using basic ingredients which are mostly available at home.
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Spread pizza sauce on bread slices.
Top with onion, capsicum, sweet corn and olives.
Top with cheese.
Arrange the slices on a baking tray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese melts and the bread is crisp.
Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle dried oregano and red chilli flakes on top.
There is a trick to make Bread pizza recipe on tawa without oven too. Just heat a tawa (griddle) and keep the pizza on it. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat until cheese melts and the base is crisp.
You can use any vegetable of your choice to top the pizza.
Top the pizza with boiled shredded chicken or paneer if you wish to.
