Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn kernels Cooked
  • 3-4 Jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 cup Red onion
  • 2 tbsp Coriander
  • Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add Jalapeno peppers, red onion and coriander in a food processor and chop roughly.

  2. Add corn kernels, salt, black pepper and lemon juice and mix well.

  3. Add the mixture in the blender and pulse a few times.

  4. Do not over mix.

  5. The salsa should be chunky.

  6. Serve with nachos or chips.
