Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ripe Mango Peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion Chopped
  • 1-2 Jalapeno Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times so that everything comes together.

  2. Don’t over pulse other it will become a puree.

  3. Serve with chips or nachos.
