Strawberry Pina Colada Smoothie, is a smoothie recipe that is refreshing and absolutely delicious and can be made in just a few minutes. Here is how to make it.
Add 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup coconut milk, strawberries and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract in a blender and blend well to make a smooth smoothie.
Add a tbsp of honey and mix well.
Transfer in a container and keep aside.
Add the remaining yogurt, pineapple, banana, 1/2 cup coconut milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract in the blender and blend well to make a smooth smoothie.
Add another tbsp of honey and mix well.
Pour the Banana and Pineapple smoothie in a glass until 1/2 full.
Pour the Strawberry smoothie over the top and give it a gentle swirl.
Garnish with Strawberry slices, coconut flakes and Pineapple wedges.
