Ingredients

  • 300 g Paneer
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup Hung Curd
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 2 tbsp Fennel Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 15-20 Threads Saffron
  • Butter for basting

Instructions

  1. Cut panner and capsicum into cubes.

  2. Mix all the remaining ingredients except butter in a bowl.

  3. Add paneer and capsicum in the bowl and mix well to coat them nicely with the marinade.

  4. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

  5. Thread the paneer and capsicum pieces on wooden skewers.

  6. Grill on a grill pan until nicely browned on all the sides.

  7. Serve hot with mint chutney.

Recipe Notes

You can skip adding ginger garlic for a Jain version.
