Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/4 cup Onion Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Chopped
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk curd until smooth.

  2. Add onion, tomato, green chilli, fresh coriander, cumin powder and salt and mix well.

  3. Add some milk if the raita is too thick.

  4. Garnish with fresh coriander.

  5. Serve chilled.

Recipe Notes

You can also thin the raita using water.
