Fresh tomatoes, chopped onions, some fresh green chillies, coriander and a dash of cumin, this tomato onion raita recipe can be whipped up in a jiffy.
Whisk curd until smooth.
Add onion, tomato, green chilli, fresh coriander, cumin powder and salt and mix well.
Add some milk if the raita is too thick.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
You can also thin the raita using water.
