Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Parsley Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp Orange Zest
  • 2 tsp Garlic Minced
  • 500 g Prawns Deveined and cleaned
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly Cracked Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan.

  2. Once the butter has melted, add garlic and fry for a few seconds.

  3. Add parsley, orange juice, orange zest and garlic and fry for 10-12 minutes.

  4. Simmer the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce has slightly thickened.

  5. Add the prawns, salt, black pepper and paprika and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  6. Serve hot as is or on top of steamed rice.

Recipe Notes

Do not overcook the prawns otherwise they will turn chewy.
