Instructions
Pre heat the oven to 180 Degree C.
Take out the Cheese from its packing and remove the Cheese cover using a sharp knife
Using a sharp knife score the top rind of the cheese in a criss cross pattern
Place the cheese back in its wooden container
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is soft and runny
Top with Blackberries and let it rest for 5 minutes
Serve with wine and crackers
