  • 1 and 1/2 cup Mango Peeled, Cubed and Frozen
  • 1/2 cup Banana Peeled and Frozen
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Low Fat Milk
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Water

For the topping


  1. Add mango, banana, yogurt, milk and coconut water in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the smoothie in serving bowl.

  4. Garnish with blueberry, mango slices, banana slices, coconut flakes and chia seeds.

  5. Serve immediately.
