Fennel Bulb
Thinly sliced

For the dressing

Instructions
Mix salad greens, fennel bulb, onion, orange and roasted walnuts in a bowl.
Mix the ingredients for dressing in another bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Serve immediately.

You can roast the fennel too.
