Ingredients

  • 2 cups Peach Fresh or Frozen
  • 1/2 cup Ripe Mango Peeled, cubed and frozen
  • 1/2 Banana Chopped and frozen
  • 1 cup Low fat Milk Chilled
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Low Fat Yogurt Chilled
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Add peach, mango, banana, low fat milk, low fat yogurt and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the smoothie in serving glasses.

  3. Garnish with peach slices and fresh mint.

  4. Serve chilled.
