Ingredients

Peach
Fresh or Frozen

Ripe Mango
Peeled, cubed and frozen
½
Banana
Chopped and frozen

Low fat Milk
Chilled
1 and ½

Low Fat Yogurt
Chilled

tablespoon
Honey
Instructions
Add peach, mango, banana, low fat milk, low fat yogurt and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie in serving glasses.
Garnish with peach slices and fresh mint.
Serve chilled.
Notes
Freezing the fruits makes a nice and creamy smoothie.
Use vegan milk and yogurt to make a vegan version.
