Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make lump free batter.
Heat a non stick pan.
Grease it with butter.
Pour ¼ cup of batter in the pan.
Cook until bubbles appear on top.
Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown from both the sides.
Drizzle with honey and nuts and serve warm.

You can make this pancake with only whole wheat flour if you wish to.To make buttermilk at home, add a few drops of lemon juice in the milk and let it sit for 5 minutes
