Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Orange Zest
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk To make buttermilk at home, add a few drops of lemon juice in the milk and let it sit for 5 minutes
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make lump free batter.

  2. Heat a non stick pan.

  3. Grease it with butter.

  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter in the pan.

  5. Cook until bubbles appear on top.

  6. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown from both the sides.

  7. Drizzle with honey and nuts and serve warm.
