Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yellow Pumpkin Grated
  • 2 cups Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Fresh Coriander Chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli Chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil 3 cups of water in a pan.

  2. When it comes to a rolling boil, add the grated pumpkin and cook for 4-5 minutes.

  3. Strain the pumpkin and let it cool for sometime.

  4. Whisk the curd in a bowl.

  5. Add salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, fresh coriander and green chilli and mix well.

  6. Add the cooked pumpkin and mix well.

  7. Garnish with coriander, chilies and red chilli powder.

  8. Serve chilled.
