Ingredients

  • 500 g Plain Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 10-15 strands Saffron Soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk
  • 1/2 cup Full Fat Milk Chilled
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Soak the saffron strands in warm milk and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Add all the ingredients including the saffron soaked in milk in a blender and whisk well.

  3. Pour the lassi in glasses.

  4. Garnish with Almond and pistachio slivers.

  5. Serve chilled.
