Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Oregano
  • 8 Egg White
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a non stick frying pan.

  2. When the oil is hot, add garlic and fry for a few seconds, till they turn slightly brown.

  3. Add dried parsley, rosemary and oregano in the pan and immediately add the egg whites in the pan.

  4. Add salt and keep mixing the whites with a spatula so that they don't form lumps.

  5. Switch off the heat once the whites are 80% done. They will cook further with the heat in the pan.

  6. Serve hot with whole grain bread toast.

Recipe Notes

You can add some cheddar cheese to make your egg white more flavourful and cheesy.

You can also add a few tbsp of milk or cream to your egg whites before adding them in the pan.

Try adding some spinach and tomatoes to the egg whites for a nice crunch.

Make sure to scramble the egg whites on low heat.
