Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spring onion greens Finely chopped
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Fresh curd
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Black salt
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Roasted peanuts Crushed
  • 2 tsp Fresh coriander Finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk curd in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add spring onion greens, black salt, cumin powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Garnish with crushed peanuts and fresh coriander.
  4. Serve chilled.
