Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mango Puree
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Grated
  • 4 cups Cold water
  • Ice cubes.
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Add sugar, water and ginger in a pan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Simmer the heat and let the syrup simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Strain the syrup.
  6. Add mango puree, lemon juice, sugar syrup in a jug.
  7. Top with cold water and mix well.
  8. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  9. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
