Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Peas
  • 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp Parsley Chopped
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add peas and salt and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add parsley and remove the pan from heat.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  5. Whisk eggs with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture in the pan and let it set until 90%.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Keep the filling in the centre and roll the omelette.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with garlic bread on the side.
