Ingredients

  • 400 g Prawns
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 5-6 cloves Garlic Sliced
  • 1 tsp Red chilli Finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped

Instructions

  1. Clean the prawns and devein them.
  2. Keep the tail on.
  3. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan.
  4. Once they are hot, add garlic and fry for a few seconds.
  5. Add red chilli and prawns and fry for a minute.
  6. Add lemon juice and parsley and cook for another minute.
  7. Serve hot with bread.
