Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Onion Chopped
  • 2 tsp Green Chilli Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Peas
  • 1/4 cup Carrot Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Processed Cheese Grated
  • 1 pack Maggi
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

  2. Add onion and green chilli and fry for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add peas, carrot, cheese, maggi and it’s taste maker along with 1 and 1/2 cups of water.

  4. Cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Stir nicely and cook for another minute.

  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
