Ingredients

  • 400 g Prawns Cleaned and deveined
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Dry basil
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and red chilli flakes in a bowl.
  2. Add prawns and mix well.
  3. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees C.
  4. Line the prawns on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven
  7. Drizzle leon juice on top.
  8. Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
