If as a vegan you do not eat honey as well, you can replace it with agave nectar, molasses, maple syrup etc.You can add more ingredients and make a new variation every time.Some of the options are spinach, pineapple, banana, cherry, avocado and mango.Make a green pumpkin pie smoothie by adding greens like spinach, kale to it.You can add protein powder in this smoothie, if you wish to.
