Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Sambal paste
  • 500 g Medium Prawns De veined and cleaned with tail on
  • Oil to brush
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix prawns with sambal paste in a bowl.
  2. Let it marinate for 2-3 hours.
  3. Heat a grill pan and brush it with oil.
  4. Thread the prawns in wooden skewers soaked in water for a few hours.
  5. Transfer the skewers on the hot grill pan and cook the prawns for 3-4 minutes on each sides.
  6. Sprinkle lemon juice on top.
  7. Serve hot.
