Ingredients

Peeled and cut into small pieces

Spring onion greens

Slit into half
Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Once the oils hot, add garlic and fry until slightly browned.
Add green chilli and fry for a few seconds.
Add potato and spring onion greens.
Now add salt and cover the pan.
Cook on low heat until potatoes are done.
Serve hot with Dal and Phulke.
