Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Organic Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a pan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add turmeric powder and pepper powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Strain the milk and add honey to it. 

  4. Mix well and serve hot.

  5. You can pour the milk in the glass from a distance to get the froth.

Make this milk using fresh turmeric when it is in season.

You can make a vegan version by using vegan milk instead of regular milk and maple syrup instead of honey.
