Instructions
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pass the cooler through a sieve.
Pour in serving glasses.
Top with more ice.
Garnish with mint leaves.
Serve chilled.
Notes
You can also add some beetroot, carrot or celery in this juice.
