Ingredients

  • 300 g Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper Chopped
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomato and pat them dry.

  2. Make a few slits on the tomatoes and roast them over the direct flame until charred from all the sides.

  3. Let the tomatoes cool.

  4. Once cooled, remove the skin and seeds of the tomatoes and chop them into small pieces.

  6. Mix tomato, onion, coriander, garlic and Jalapeno peppers in the bowl of your food processor.

  7. Use the chopping blade and blend till the mixture is coarsely chopped.

  9. Chill for an hour before serving.
