For the Topping

Instructions
Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, spring onion greens, chilli flakes, salt to taste, garlic powder and pickled jalapeño in a bowl.
Mix this mixture well.
Make a ball of the mixture.
Mix the ingredients for coating in a plate.
Roll the cheese ball over the coating ingredients so that they stick to the surface.
Notes
If the cheese ball is too soft, cover it in a plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few minutes.
You can also add crumbled crispy bacon in the coating.
