Dukkah Deviled Eggs is a delicious appetizer made with the Egyptian spice and nut blend Dukkah, filled into creamy deviled eggs. Here is how to make it.



  • 6 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Dukkah


  1. Hard boil the eggs.
  2. Peel and cut into neat halves.
  3. Remove the egg yolk.
  4. Add egg yolk, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, lemon zest and lemon juice in a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.
  5. Transfer the mixture in a bowl.
  6. Add 2 tsp dukkah spice mix and mix well.
  7. Transfer the mixture in a piping bag fitted with a star shaped nozzle.
  8. Pipe the mixture into the hollowed egg white.
  9. Sprinkle some more dukkah on top.
  10. Serve.
