Dukkah Deviled Eggs is a delicious appetizer made with the Egyptian spice and nut blend Dukkah, filled into creamy deviled eggs. Here is how to make it.

Salt to taste

Instructions
Hard boil the eggs.
Peel and cut into neat halves.
Remove the egg yolk.
Add egg yolk, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, lemon zest and lemon juice in a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.
Transfer the mixture in a bowl.
Add 2 teaspoon dukkah spice mix and mix well.
Transfer the mixture in a piping bag fitted with a star shaped nozzle.
Pipe the mixture into the hollowed egg white.
Sprinkle some more dukkah on top.
Serve.
