Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mangoes Peeled and chopped
  • Sugar According to your taste
  • 1 tsp Ground Cardamom
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Wash the mangoes and peel them.

  2. Remove the pulp and cut into small pieces.

  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.

  4. Garnish with slivered almonds and pistachios.

  5. Serve chilled with hot Poories.

Recipe Notes

You can use canned mango puree to make aamras.

Adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste.
