Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Chopped
  • 2 tsp Ginger Chopped
  • 1 cup Onion Cut into cubes
  • 2-3 Green Chilli Slit into halves
  • 300 g Boneless Chicken Coarsely Chopped
  • 2 tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 cup Thai Holy Basil Torn into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok.

  2. Once the oil is hot, add garlic and ginger and fry for a few seconds.

  3. Add onion and green chilli and fry for a minute.

  4. Add chicken and cook till chicken is almost done. ( 3-4 minutes )

  5. Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, dark say sauce, salt, brown sugar and pepper and cook for a minute.

  6. Switch off the heat and add the Thai basil in the wok.

  7. Mix well.

  8. Serve hot with jasmine rice or noodles.
