Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Bean drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Mango Chopped, Optional
  • 1 cup Boiled Corn Kernels
  • 2 tbsp Pickled jalapeno Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum Diced
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell pepper Diced
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion Diced
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Diced
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in bowl and mix well.

  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salsa for 30 minutes.

  3. Serve with nachos or chips.
